Inscribed on first sheet, "For The Chief Justice - Earl Warren - Dear Mr. Chief Justice - The President was going to give you this for Christmas - Please accept it now from me - With my deepest appreciation for all you did to help Jack and to make him admire you so much. Jacqueline Kennedy December 1963." The book is one of a limited edition of eighty-five bound copies.
