Union Soldier with 1861 Musket, Bowie Knife & Hardee Hat Ninth Plate Tintype

A really excellent ninth plate image of a soldier in Hardee hat with crossed belts, a painted US buckle, apparently an 1861 musket, and both a small pistol and a bowie knife in his belt! The image in in an attractive bright gold matte, in a very nice diary style leather case with a gilt clasp and a silk pad. Some of the details are painted in. Dimensions: 2 3/8 x 2 ¾ inches in the case. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
