Pair of Heavy Weight Championship Boxing Gloves worn by Max Baer

Pair of red leather boxing gloves worn by Max Baer, World's Heavyweight Champion in a fight with King Levinsky on July 4, 1932 and given to Mrs. J.H. Rowell after the fight. The gloves and description are noted in "Here's a Go! / Remembering Harry Rowell" pp. 4. Book accompanies the lot. Gloves bear "Sol Levinson Manufacturing" label. Dimensions: 12"l. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. Please note we do not accept credit cards. Buyer's Premium is only 15%!
