Nov. 3, 1948 Chicago Tribune Misprint "Dewey Defeats Truman"

Framed Nov. 3, 1948 Chicago Tribune Misprint, "Dewey Defeats Truman." Most famous newspaper of the 20th Century, Chicago Daily Tribune editors hastily declare Dewey the next President of the United States while returns were still coming in. They were in such a hurry to get the paper printed the editors mistakenly had sentences in the article on the right side of the paper entitled "Puts G.O.P. Back In The White House" in the second paragraph upside down. After learning Truman would be the next President staff from the Chicago Daily Tribune attempted to get all the delivered papers back but some were not returned.
