Provenance: Purchased by consignor's parents at Candy Store Gallery, Folsom, CA. De Forest was born in Nebraska but was raised in Washington. He went to college and art school in San Francisco and taught at UC Davis along with Robert Arneson, William Wiley, Wayne Thiebaud and David Gilhooly. His artistic style is his pwn unique blend of quirkiness, color, texture and storytelling. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $105.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
