Mae Capone's Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire Pendant Watch
Mae Capone's Waltham platinum, diamond and sapphire brooch/lapel watch. Platinum case decorated with wire overlay and fitted with five accent diamonds and suspended by white base metal ribbon form pin. Stem is topped with sapphire cabochon. Patrarian movement. Serial number 18119685. Pat'd April 16. Circa 1920-1930. Dial and case are not signed.
