Industrial Style Windmill Clock

Industrial style windmill clock. Dimensions: (overall) 20.5"h. Conical form, the front is mounted with 4 windmill blades (one broken off). The body of the case has a textured surface resembling a stone structure with pierced brass railing along the walkway (in separate pieces, one support bent), windows & front door, stands on a black base. Silvered dial of the timepiece with black hour Roman numerals and black hands. Thermometers affixed to sides (one had been dislodged and reattached). Finial at top bent. Condition:

Worn. Finish rubbing off on windmill arms and other areas. One arm is broken off but present. Scattered areas where black finish is rubbing off. Scratches scattered throughout. Chip on glass face of clock. Railing is separated and bent. Finish on rail is different than rest of clock.  Does not sit squarely on base. Please see additional condition issues as stated in description. Please see photos. A key is present but does not seem to be working.
