FAMILY DOG/DENVER (3)

Three (3) FAMILY DOG/DENVER Handbills. The first depicting a woman riding astride an owl, backed by the full harvest moon (in reference to the November concert dates), while pointing to a floating banner reading: "BLUE CHEER* Now With The Secret Ingredient*" (the "secret ingredient" slogan being a pun on the supposed cleaning powers of Blue Cheer laundry detergent, and a sly acknowledgment that the band Blue Cheer actually had an acid named after them, some say even dealt by them, in which the drug was mixed with powdered grape KoolAid); on the second, a fushia-color ground is printed with a floating woman's face, and text announcing that the Family Dog presents Canned Heat and Allmen Joy; the third showcases Rick Griffin at his wildest, with mystical invented script impossible to decipher, and announces Chuck Berry and Sons of Champlin. In fine original condition. Each card measures: 5" W x 7" H

Processing and shipping within the Continental United States $2.00, plus 1.5% replacement cost/insurance.
