FAMILY DOG #11 (4)

FOUR (4) FAMILY DOG/AVALON BALLROOM Handbills. (1) The highly recognizable lilac-color card shows an Edwardian couple dancing, seen through a horse-shoe shape window, on a card elegantly advertising Quicksilver Messenger Service, the Charlatans, and The Congress of Wonders, all within a beautiful Art Nouveau-inspired border, proudly signed: "Stanley '67" (including the Mouse logo of a little mouse!); (2) a naked hippie chick in a wooded landscape is flanked by mandalas with psychedelic writing so convoluted as to be virtually illegible; (3) Another groovie chick with l-o-n-g arms announces a December concert featuring Jim Queskin and His Jug Band, Country Joe and the Fish, and Blue Cheer; finally (4) Alfred E. Neuman presents a mind-blowing concert featuring the Other Half and the Sons of Champlain, in a November concert at the Family Dog in Denver.

In fine original condition. Each card measures: 5" W x 7" H
