Early Remington Model 95 Derringer

Early Remington Model 95 Derringer with Side Address. A very fine and scarce first model Remington double barreled derringer in .41 caliber, serial number 719. This is the earliest model of this famous gun, with the address, “E. Remington & Sons. Ilion N.Y.,” on the left side, and “Elliot’s Patent Dec. 12, 1864” on the right. This is the version with no extractor and walnut grips, as produced from 1869 to 1880. Dimensions: 5.25 inches overall. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.  

Condition:

Very good overall, nice and tight, with an excellent, crisp action. The barrels are rusty inside, with no discernible rifling.
