Colt Single Action Army Revolver

A COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER.

Serial no. 145384 for 1892, .41 caliber 5 ½ inch round blued barrel with one line address and stamped .41 Colt. Case hardened frame. Checkered hard rubber grips.  With Colt letter from historian M.S. Huber dated January 20, 1975.‚Ä®Provenance: purchased from Jack Funderburgh, Beinfeld’s Show, Las Vegas, January 1975. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance. 

Jim Earle describes this gun as very similar to the one John Selman used to kill John Wesley Hardin in 1895.

Condition:

Very good to Fine. 50% blue on barrel. Faint traces of color.
