Al and Mae Capone's alabaster bust of the Madonna on marble plinth. Figure portrayed with crown and halo. Unsigned. Early 20th century.  Dimensions: 16"h x 11.5"w x 6.5"d (including 1.5" base) Provenance: Al and Mae Capone (Palm Island home) to Sonny Capone to his daughters. Diane and Barbara relate how they and the family would kneel before it nightly to pray the rosary. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $125.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.

Condition:

Few small chips at edge of halo (largest .25" x .25"), some wear to marble base.
