16 Period Photos of Identified Guns including Henry, Colt, Winchesters, Muskets, and More

A grouping of sixteen 19th century cabinet cards, CDVs, tintypes and other period images of men, women and children with a variety of identified guns, including a Henry rifle, several Winchester rifles, a Colt single action, a Whitney-Kennedy rifle, a Whitney revolver, and a variety of other identifiable guns.

One image shows a group of men and women, several clearly in costume, one a man dressed as a Native American holding a Henry Rifle. Another shows two men in colorful costume wearing or holding a variety of guns including a Colt Navy, a Tranter, and a long barreled 1855 carbine pistol. Another is a very fine image of a man in the woods with a revolver holstered on his hip firing a Whitney-Kennedy lever action rifle. There is a little boy with a pipe in his mouth and a Winchester carbine that is taller than he is. Several images include Stevens bicycle guns, including one clearly of a Native American. There is a Latino man with a Whitney percussion Navy revolver, wearing what looks to be a WWI tunic with a Naval officer’s hat. One shows a woman shooting what appears to be an 1876 Winchester rifle. Another shows a man shooting a Colt single action. There is a man standing next to a dressed buck with a Winchester rifle in his hand. Another is a line of young boys, each with a different rifle or shotgun. There is a group of two women and a man all seated on donkeys, one of the women holding a Trapdoor Springfield rifle, while the man has a percussion musket. Dimensions: Varying, with the largest being 12 by 9 ¾ inches down to a very fine San Francisco CDVs 3/8 by 3 7/8 inches. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $30.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
