Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping and pick-up policy, or receiving your items in general, we’re here to help. Call us on (916) 446-6490 or email and we will get back you as soon as possible (our office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm).

  • We ship most items through our partner
  • Multiple lots can be combined for shipping depending on weight, size, and safety
  • If we deem the items won’t travel safely in the same box, we will package and ship in separate boxes
  • You must acquire shipment for bigger items and international shipments
  • See our vendor list for more info
  • Insurance is charged on all shipments (1.5% included on your invoices with your bid)
  • We make every possible effort to avoid shipping damage claims
  • For damage in transit resulting in total loss, insurance covers the refund of your winning bid amount, buyer’s premium and any sales tax collected, but not your shipping and insurance cost
